I currently live in Rochester hills Michigan and i am looking for 2004-2006 RX-8. I'm looking for a manual 04 or 05 but an automatic 06 but i am willing to look at all offers. Any color any interior looking for something below 75,000 miles obvious exception for new engine. I'm willing to drive out of state but the offer would truly have to be worth my wild. Currently i could probably spend a max of around 8000, 7000-7500 is a little more realistic in my current situation. Preferred color/etc...: black or red, interior: Black/red, Transmission: 06 auto, 04-05 manual. Found an 04 manual Rx-8 with the exact color scheme i wanted link at bottom. They guy came down to 8000. This includes the rims as well. Yet the car display is not working and the car is salvaged with 54,000 miles on it. My question is with the car being salvaged and display not working is this a reasonable price. Personally i think hes a little high due to it being salvaged but i would like to hear your thoughts and opinions on the car.

I agree but i am not sure what to offer him. Haven't seen the car fax report yet but it seemed like a minor accident to the seller at least. I believe that why hes not very negotiable with the price. I think selling the car with the rims is suppose to make up for it being salvaged this is what im assuming the seller is thinking. Anyways i don't know what to offer him without pissing the guy off, im very interested in this Rx-8 and he seemed kinda firm at 8000. Any suggestions on offers i should give him?
