Late 04 in Titanium Gray with Nav - MAJOR Price Drop!

I MUST sell this car, and I MUST sell it this week. It's a business decision, as simple as that. So rather than take it to a dealer or Carmax and receive $16K trade-in for it, I'm going to post it on this forum for a week at $17K. This is a steal for a private party sale but time has caught up with me.
This car has been cared for like no other by one owner, someone who knows how to look after a rotary engine. This six-speed late 2004 car is loaded with the Grand Touring package, navigation, six CD player, sunroof, leather, Bose, Xenon headlights, traction control, DSC, tire pressure monitors and much more. It has 45,000 miles and is still under the full Mazda bumper-to-bumper warantee until 50,000 miles, and an extended 60,000 mile drivetrain warantee. It was purchased in September of 2004.
The oil was changed at 1,500 miles and then every 3,000 miles thereafter like clockwork. It has had every scheduled service at one of two authorized Mazda dealers. The full service history will be delivered with the car.

If you want to buy a used RX-8, you can't ask for a better prior owner. I'm selling it because I have replaced it with an SUV, and it's breaking my heart!

- It's never been through a car wash. Each wash was with deionized water rinse and as a result, there are no swirl marks or scratches on the paintwork.
- The interior is in superb condition.
- It was idled for 30 seconds at each and every startup since new. This lubricates the apex seals on the rotary engine, and will help the engine achieve a long and reliable life.
- It has every recall and manufacturer's upgrade available under warrantee, completed by Irvine Mazda or Tustin Mazda. This includes new engine mounts and the upgraded larger battery and starter motor, effectively specifying this vehicle as a 2005 or later in many respects.
- It's never been in any kind of accident.
- It received and passed a Mazda full circle inspection on May 22nd.
