I rolled my 8 last night landing upside down sliding down the road. No passengers, I pulled myself out of the back window...a bit lucky I think.

The car insurance company is going to offer it back to me, for a price, to part out.

Has anybody done this before? PLEASE pm me.

Is keeping and parting worth it? $$$

It was an 04 with every option, 38,000m. Inside is great, leather, navy, cd changer, new tires...

Looking for some advice and kinda feeling it out to see what people are interested in if I end up buying it back.

Oh yes, magnaflow exhaust will be for sale shortly. This I do know. It sounds so nice. I will miss it.

I think I might be getting a ....sigh.... ....something that I can afford now that I trashed my baby. I can't get another 8...I think an srt4. I miss the turbo sound of my old tsi.

I would take the check and walk away. Rarely are you going to make a profit parting out a wrecked car after you factor in all the BS of dealing with people, packaging and shipping parts.

 

For anyones concern im picking up the car soon. Will probably be trying to repair the car and register... ya i know- im crazy! lol

 

2004 RX-8 For sale.

Light scratches on hood, should buff out without any problem. See attached photo. Tiny little scratchs above right headlight. Look close you can see it, but hardly noticeable. Never been in an accident.

37,000K miles, navi, 6spd, leather...

$15,000.00 act fast, wont last long at this price!!!
