FS: 2004 Winning Blue "Calendar Car" Las Vegas

Its # 003
Has the Sport and Touring packages (NOT the "grand touring"), and the emblem package. Has the HID's and fog lites, and the previous owner had some very nice (and dark) tint done.
Car has 49,600 miles and they should not be going up too much since I just got a WRX Sti that I'll be driving now. That's the reason I'm selling the 8.
It does have the extra 10k miles on the drivetrain warranty so there's a bit over 10k miles left on the engine warranty.
-BRAND NEW brake pads and rotors turned.
-All recalls done (new starter, new ECU flash and new spark plugs just a couple thousand miles ago).
- Bridgestone Potenzas with 20k miles on them are being swapped from my new WRX to the RX8. IF YOU HURRY AND MAKE A GOOD OFFER I'LL LEAVE THE BRAND NEW Falken Azenis RT-615 tires in 245 width (30mm wider than stock). These are AWESOME street and track tires. These tires are being swapped over by March 20th so HURRY if you want the Azenis on it!
-Interior is pretty much perfect. Plastic still on front floor carpets (stock floor mats in great shape, too).
- Paint is in GREAT shape, claybarred and always kept clean and waxed. Slight scratch on hood, on passenger side door and on front drivers side fender.
- Engine bay clean and without any leaks. Oil changes every 3k miles.
- No rattles, no weird noises, no leaks, no problems.
Car is a great daily driver that can be run on a track if you want to (I've had it out on a road course one time for about 25 minutes). Handles GREAT, very tight and easy to control.
Car has been completely professionally detailed, claybarred, waxed. Oil just changed. New brakes, low-mileage tires. This car looks like it should be on a dealer's lot but the price is less than what a dealer would charge you.
Asking $16500 but will entertain ANY SERIOUS OFFER. I want this sold in the next 2 weeks so if you are a qualified buyer WITH MONEY OR FINANCING then MAKE AN OFFER! I'm asking exactly what KBB says is Private Party price for "Good" condition. Of course you don't pay any sales tax if you live in Nevada.
Car has been kept in climate-controlled garage since I've owned it (about a year). That's where it will live until it gets sold.
