For sale is my 2004 6 spd Mazda RX8. This car has been very well kept with frequent washing/waxing for the two years I've had it. The car has 37k miles on it and runs perfectly. All Mazda recommended/required maintenance has been performed (i.e. oil changed every 3000 miles, tires rotated every 10000). The car was purchased with the Sport, Aero, and rotary accent packages along with the rear spoiler. New all season Avon Tech Tyres were put on the car a couple months ago and have over 85% tread left on them. I've only performed 2 minor aftermarket mods to the car. The first one are the brushed metal strakes located on the side air intake of the car. The second are clear corners put on in place of the orange stock lights that simply didn't fit with the car. I still have the orange stock lights and are yours for the taking. The engine is stock and like previously mentioned, runs perfectly. There are a few minor scratches but nothing noticeable from more than a few feet away, just your typical road wear. No major body work has been done nor has there been any structural damage. Therefore, the car history is perfectly clean. A brand new windshield was installed this week and is of higher quality than the Mazda original. Also, the 8 has now been FULLY detailed (paint, finish, wheels, everything) and can be had for $19,000. If you contact dealer and negotiate with them. You can even contact me first if you'd like and then tell the dealer you know me and we have agreed. To which I'm sure they will verify with me. The miles have not changed since the original post and like I said, the car is now even fully detailed.

edit: car is now coming out of consignment this week, so if anyone is interested you can contact me directly...car is still FULLY detailed with the same amount of miles on it.

I am new to the forum. I actually just singed up today. I am looking for a black RX8 of my own and was looking through the classifieds for one when I came across yours. I currently live in VA but don't mine making the trip if it's worth it. But I have a few concerns before buying.

What's the mileage as of today on the car? Being that the car has 37k miles already in and does not have the leather interior that I was looking for I would like to buy it for $18,000. What do you think? Can we make a deal happen.
