yeah i do have a couple.. thats why im negotiable with the price.. im askin 21 bc its book value + all the mods included.. but im coming down 3000 because of the damage that would only cost 1100-1400 to fix...sooo yeah.. like i said..,,whoever buys it is stealing it..

 

okay. im not dealing with this anymore. bank is gonna repo the car in 2 weeks if its not sold. .. i dont even care about taking the loss on the car after paying nearly 23,000 for it after evertyhin was said and done..

i still don't understand how the bank can repo your car if you have a clean title in-hand. they don't have a lien so they shouldn't be able to take it, right?

 

i got a loan through my mom.. who owes the bank..
i owe my mom.,.. who owes the bank.. its not a car loan.. but if i dont make the payments, the car gets taken. thats how it works

sorry, i'm not trying to make it look bad it just means you don't have a clear title. you would have to get the money, pay the bank, and then they would release the title.

 

no... i have the title in hand..title is clean.. no lein on the title..

what my mom did is basically took out a personal loan.. and used the car as an asset the bank can take if the payments are not made.

 

car was paid in full..and i have the title infront of me right now lol.. im just wiaitn for someone to buy the car and sign it so i can be free of most of my debts and have some money so i can live my life again lol

why the hell would you let the bank repo the car and not make some cash before its done?....you make no sense at all and you can at least make some money back so your mother doesnt take the hit....give the money to your mother then....you may be asking too much for a damaged car that has been heavily modded....you took a bath in Bart!!'s car and people are willing to help you but your either stubborn or lazy....
