Kane, my dad got in from duty last night and we are trying to finalize all the information. The one thing that I think we missed/worried about is that when you sell the car, you have to get it smogged we believe. We are also looking at the liability factors too like I said earlier, if you brother picks up the car, do we get released of all liabilities even though the car is still registered under our name at the time. Just some of the small factors we are working on right now.

We are set for the 24th of Aug for your brother to come up and pickup the car once all of these factors are solved for.

Keep me updated, I will be contacting you (PM) later on today once we've checked out everything with these issues.

 

Sounds good, don't forget the car will only be in CA for a week or less after pickup, then it is on me and mine to get it registered in HI. On my end all is well, registration in HI is 30 days leeway and shipping documents are good.

Let me know what you all find out.

Car is sold, Kane's brother and his brothers wife are coming to pickup the car. Deposit was wired and the remaining funds are being wired within 24-32hrs. By Saturday, this car will be with a new owner

I was actually contemplating selling my 8 and getting this car, but I don't think I could part with my 8. Beautiful car! You are now required via forum law to post hundreds of pictures of it when you get it!

This car will definitely be taken care of. Of course, I have no choice! I'm married to KANE and I can't get out easy. I am excited to drive a 7 after his 8, especially since he told me it is slightly faster....FUN FUN FUN
