2004 mazda rx8 for sale. 166k miles on the chassis. 6 speed manual (car was originally an auto, I've just swapped it to manual including dual oil coolers). Fresh rebuilt 6 port 230hp engine built with very nice rotor housings and oem mazda apex seals, under 100 miles on it so far. LRB aluminum undertray. New clutch pedal. HID headlights, fog lights, cd, a/c, power windows, power sunroof, GT ground effects/wing/appearance package, polished front/rear rotor accents in bumpers. Exterior plastic trim repainted satin black for a newer appearance. Aftermarket shift **** and boot.

Trans has a weak 2nd gear synchro and grinds if you don't shift it carefully/slowly. Paint is faded with scratches, scuffs, etc. Body has many dings and light hail damage. Small chip in windshield. Will need front tires soon, rear tires are about half tread. Shift boot and shift **** are both kind of ratty and worn out. Clear GA title signed by the previous seller.

Includes manual instrument cluster with 10k tach showing 106k miles (or I have another showing 143k miles if you'd rather have that one) but the car will be sold with the original auto cluster installed for legal reasons. The buyer can swap clusters after purchase if desired, it is a 2 minute switch that is plug and play.

I also have another rx8 parts car with a full black leather interior with heated front seats. I can swap the door panels and seats into this car easily for an extra $250 if you prefer leather over cloth.
