Recently retired -- this is my summer/weekend fun car that I love but just don't need 3 cars (plus insurance) any more.

Pros: Low mileage, always garaged, very clean car (Carfax attached and see Mazda mechanic's video referenced above). in excellent condition inside (no cracks in the dash) and out. Second owner, bought off lease in 2007 @ 18K. Engine replaced under warranty at 39K by a very accommodating dealer (also new coils). Manual transmission. Compression test excellent (see Mazda mechanic's video) - put in new OEM plugs & wires when test was done (9/25/20). Stock car - no add-ons - you can customize if you want to.

Cons: windshield has a rock chip on passenger side; couple of tiny parking lot -type dings; wheel rims scratched from getting too close to sidewalks.

Well, as long as you're negotiable on the price I doubt the location is a drawback. I think RX8s are hard to sell in the sense that it takes a special buyer to look for one.

Compression - anything above 6.0 at Denver altitude (5,300 ft) is excellent.
Rotor 1: 6.7, 6.4, 6.4
Rotor 2: 6.7. 6.8, 6.7
