Zaino'd my Green!
Ok...first of all, I'll try and get a couple pics and post them.
I recently purchased the Zaino kit and this week-end had the 'time' to use it.
WOW - this stuff is amazing. My Nordic Green didn't look bad before the Zaino as I just bought it alittle over a month ago, but, there is a huge difference after. The product is very easy to use and applies/removes probably easier than anything I've used in the past. It's worth every penny as I used 'about' 1.5 ounces per application for the entire car.
I recommend to everyone to take the time necessary to follow all the steps.....and use the Clay! It makes for a very smooth finish. I did the following:
Washed the car using Dawn.
Clay
Washed again using Dawn
Z5 w/ZFX
Z6
Z5 w/ZFX
Z6
Z2
Z6
and.....if I have time this evening, I think I'll do another coat of Z2.

Looks very nice, but how long did it take you for the whole process? I can usually wash +put on a coat of NXT in about an hour, and it looks almost as good. Granted, I don't claybar (even though I should)...

I did it all on a Saturday...probably about 6-7 hours of work.
I had my car for about 1.5 months although it been at the dealer for quite sometime (since it is a 2004). The claybar truly made a huge difference. The finish is as smooth as a baby's behind...and a towel thrown on the hood slides right off!

Did mine this weekend, but used the NXT Tech Wax stuff, applied two coats, plus a final misting of some quick detailer stuff. I think I'll try some Zaino after I use this NXT stuff up, but the many hours for Zaino seems excessive for general upkeep, maybe I'd only use it for special occassions. The NXT doesn't look too bad, but your car is a freakin' mirror compared to mine! I spent around 3-4 hours total, with a day between coats.

I've used the NXT with good results. However, I just picked up the big Zaino package and am looking forward to seeing the results. I should be able to do it next weekend.

The Zaino threads always remind me of the episode on Happy Days where Richey is selling that stuff that makes Fonzie's motorcycle seat blow up and Potsie puts it in his hair...
I always picture a frantic thread where everybody starts posting pictures of their 8's with these painful looking bumps all over, oozing car wax.
