zaino zfx question
Is the ZFX accelerator safe for clear coat finishes? There is a strange statement on there page ...
This makes me think twice before useing the accelerator.
Also do you wipe the Z-6 off after spraying it on after the polish is done? If so how long do you wait? Also how long do you wait after polishing to apply the Z6?
Sorry for all the questions but I got my Zaino kit today and some of the application instruction are a bit fuzzy.
Thanks in advance,
The Tick
Note: ZFX™ Flash Cure Accelerator Additive should be used with Zaino Show Car Polish (Z-2 or Z-5, Z-3 for non clear coated) twice a year on an everyday car and once a year on a show car. Also, please reapply ZFX™ Flash Cure Accelerator Additive after every ten coats of Zaino polish(Z-2 or Z-5, Z-3 for non clear coated). ZFX™ Flash Cure Accelerator Additive will never remove Zaino. Also the NEW ZFX™ Flash Cure Accelerator Additive is an incredible product and could be used as often as you like... it's up to you. It will tighten up and strengthen the polish system and increase the gloss.

I use about 4-5 drops per ounce (half the small bottle) each time. I get 2 complete coats with this much polish.
The z-6 is sprayed on in almost a light mist, then wiped off at once. Do a section at a time and don't let any dry on the car. And use it inbetween each coat of polish. It helps remove any smudges or residue. Great stuff.
