hmm, its usually night time by the time i finish detailing my car. i usually don't go out because its night and wait to show off my car the next day. usually it doesn't rain in the morning.

i say, save it for the next day.

 

Happens to me everytime also, at least you know that your waxing actually helps repelling the rain water.

same here every dam single time, always 5 minutes after finishing. The weather is really unpredictable here in the UK.

 

You need to buy another car for rainy daze :P

Try living in the north west! it's always freaking raining here!

 

i almost zaino'ed yesterday up here in CT. looked good in the morning when i woke up then bam, all of a sudden rain. o well i did get a chance to do my interior today tho.

 

I don't know bout you but it rains BECAUSE I wash my car..... God hates me....

 

It's rained several times right after I Zaino'd my car. Sucks but at least I get to watch the water bead up on the wax finish....maybe I'm weird but I'm entertained by that lol

 

yeah so am I and if I clay bar and LG my car, all hell breaks loose and we have bad storms. *Sigh*

So I'm guessing it rained up in LA? It hit for like a hour here in SD. But I haven't washed my car in over a week...

 

I check the 10 day weather forcast on either www.weather.com or www.intellicast.com I will wait until it's a dry forcast... or drive my other car.

I'll wash my car on the weekends and if I see it's going to rain I just keep the car in the garage.

Yeap, washed my car yesterday... and this morning it started to mist and sprinkles of rain fell as I was driving to work.

 

Wow. I washed and waxed my '8 prior to the last local RX club meet (sunday) and is hasn't rained since!

 

I live in Oklahoma and it usually storms here and the weather is very unpredictable, but lately we are in a drought. Today the high is 98 and no rain in sight. But I am soooooo glad I dont live in the northwest where it rains about every day.
