Weekend Project...

So this weekend I will finally (Hopefully) have a running car again!

And, because of this, I will be doing a full cleaning and detailing on my car. I have broken my process down into a short list, for both interior and exterior detailing. These lists are in order. Let me know what you think!

Exterior:
- Hand Wash w/ Meguiar's NXT Shampoo
- Mothers California Gold Clay Bar Kit (Only Mothers Product I currently use)
- Meguair's ScratchX 2.0 / Scratch Doctor
- Meguiar's Ultimate Polish (2 Layers)
- Meguair's Ultimate Wax (2 Layers)
- Meguair's Ultimate Quik Detailer (Extra Wax Protectant, 2 Layers)
- Meguiar's Ultimate Protectant (Black Trim on Mirrors, etc.)
- Meguair's Hot Shine Tire Spray (Great shine, deep black, lasts long)

Interior:
- Full Vacuuming
- Meguair's Ultimate Protectant (For Dash, All trim, doors, etc. By far the BEST Shiner I have used. Dries extremely fast, NOT greasy at all, and lasts WEEKS. Literally. And with only 1 quick coat)
- Meguair's Leather Protectant
- Meguair's Ultimate Protectant (This time for the Leather Seats - Makes them shine! Not too much though )

On top of all of this, I will be cleaning all the windows, shining all the rims and exhaust tips (Even though they are getting rusted around the edges).

After the weekend I will post some before and after pictures. Just to mention - I washed the car only a week ago, and the car was waxed (Only wax and polish, not clay bar/shampoo/detailer only about 3 months ago)

WAIT!!! Forgot one thing:

- (1) 24 of Miller Genuine Draft (I suppose I'll share with the guys on this one)

I do like Meguair's products and was using them for the longest time
While i was happy with the results of Meguair's. I'm now am very fond of Adam's products

I only say this because it seems you want only the best for your car. Like I said Meguair's has decent products, but you may be even more pleased with Adam's products. They are a little more expensive but worth the extra cash.

Waiting to now see the finished results

July 4th was about sitting around the grill, drinking cold beer and having great friends and company.

Soon in July it's going to be about sitting around the car, drinking miller draft and having friends and company.

I just wish it wasn't so damn HOT and HUMID outside. I got a sunburn just washing and waxing (tech wax can be applied in direct sunlight) my car - at 10am

How do people in hotter climates deal with the heat that don't have shade?

Lol well July 4th was just another day for me, as I'm from Canada :P

The cleaning has been postponed due to DAMN RAIN!! I only managed to get the exterior shampooed, and the interior taken apart, vacuumed, shampooed and detailed (With shine and protectant).

PICO - I have never used Adam's products, but I am definitely going to take a look into them

I will post pic's once the job is all done!
