Super polish: Liquid Glass or Glare

Does anyone heard or even use these products on their cars at all? They all sound pretty amazing

I've used Liquid Glass before. I still use it on the vehicles I own that I don't care to wax much. (i.e. my wife's vehicles ) I think it's a solid wax.

So are you recommending it for use on a new car? Sounds like it really can replace waxing, which is not bad.
Btw, does it show extra shine/gloss or a wet look and does it last? How's the application of it, is it easy to put on?

TIA,
Pete

I think it looks excellent. I think it lasts for about 6 months. New car? Yep, certianly. Most guys here do Zanio. This is kind of a step below in price and effort. But for me, I actually use Carnuba wax on my hobby car. And i never let it on for more than 2 months. But then i enjoy the time I spend detailing my car.

I would certinaly think Liquid Glass would work fine for ya.

I used liquid glass on my titanium RX8 and the stuffs amazing, it's very easy to put on and wipe off, like zaino, you can layer it (4hrs between coats) for more protection and a deeper wet look shine. I used 5 coats already and it looks awesome, it really brings out the metal flake in the paint and the reflection is just like the glass on the car, the other day it rained and when it dried it left minimal spotting on the car, the car also feels very slippery for weeks after applying. My neighbor was so impressed, he bought some to put on his Harley!

So, would you prefer Liquid Glass to the Zaino products?

Yes it's very easy to wipe on and off. I never used Zaino so I can't compare, but it's hard to imagine anything looking much better, especially after multiple coats. The trick is to clean the wax off the car first (aKa,dawn), then a quality polish, after that apply the Liquid Glass for protection!

I like my Zaino. But to each their own.

I am a zaino man myself, LG comes close, but zaino has a better shine, and lasts much longer, IMO

I'm also a Zaino convert, but please post pics so I can make an informed decision. I have never tried LG.

I have a digital camera, but I don't have a scanner. How do I post a pic?

If you have a digital camera it should have came with a cable and software. You connect the cable to your computer and run the software. You should be given options for importing (uploading from the camera) the pics and saving and editing. IIRC I did it trial and error, and it was not too difficult, but I'm sure it depends on what camera you have.
