Rear Windshield Question

My dealer stuck the temporary plate to the inside of my rear windshield. It probably ordinarily wouldn't be a problem but since im in Arizona and this is in the midst of the summer, the adhesive has fused with it. Is there a product that i would use to remove this without harming the tint? Please help!

I would have suggested taking a blow dryer to it... heat it up and it should come off easily.
