GUYS! The best thing to do is wash your car no matter what the weather. If it's raining after you wash and your 8 gets dirty, just hose off the dirt. Do this ASAP and don't let it dry. If it does then just wash it again and say this to yourself -

I have every right to be obssessed - I own an RX-8!!!!!

Wow on the thread revival. Those posts are from January of 2005. But I'm sure they appreciate the feedback.
