masking tape residue - help

I autocrossed a few months ago, it was right before I got my magnetics, so I used masking tape. Apparently theres a bunch of glue residue on my doors that somehow I never noticed. Does anyone know how I can get it off without damaging the paint/clearcoat/finish/whateveryouwannacallit? Sadly, its been baked in for 2-3 months now...
THANKS!
