On second look, I managed to see the screw adjuster, it looks slightly different than in the pic for some reason. In order to adjust my light properly, I ended up removing my ECU cover to get access. You have to turn a lot to make the movement apparent, as it moves it slowly.
Don't worry about my lights being too high, the problem was my right light being too low

They appear to be even now, but I'll get a better idea when I take the car out tomorrow.
