What's the purpose of this in the SpeedSource trunk? Ventilation?

pressurized fuel tank. very easy connection to the fuel rigs, but a real PITA if a driver takes off a bit soon, happened in the Daytona race the other night to a DP car, and happens from time to time.

Got it - this is the first photo I have seen of the trunk. Where are the subs? LOL
