I did a number of events with these guys last year and am planning to do the same again this year with the RX-8. Expect a lot of Porsches, but you don't have to be a member of PCA or own a Porsche to attend these...

Fellow drivers and car enthusiasts,

I'm very pleased to announce that PCA GGR has finalized our schedule for the 2013 GGR Track Series. This season promises to bring all of the thrill and excitement of years past for Driver's Ed, Time Trial and Club Racing at some of the best track venues in the world.

Here's the schedule for 2013:
March 29-31 Thunderhill Raceway Park DE / TT / CR
May 25-26 Buttonwillow Raceway Park DE / TT / CR
June 21-23 Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca CR
July 13-14 Thunderhill Raceway Park DE / TT
Aug 31 - Sept 1 Thunderhill Raceway Park DE / TT *
Nov 24-25 Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca DE / TT
* Possible Club Race also

We sincerely hope you will all be able to join us for the series, or at least part of it. The wonderful volunteers who make up the PCA GGR Track Program Team commit to providing the best track experience around with great instruction, comraderie and good clean fun, so come on out to the track and take a few laps.

We'll be launching registration for the upcoming events on MotorSportReg.com approximately 2 months prior to each event, so please keep your eyes peeled for those announcements. And feel free to spread the word about the best track program around. We welcome all drivers - from those new to the track to the most esperienced drivers and racers. Remember, though our events are tailored to the Porsche enthusiast, you don't have to be a member of PCA or own a Porsche to come on out and drive with GGR.

it is!

 

Indeed, really looking forward to this one now. It will be interesting to compare experience and data to the civic I was driving last year.

Bled my brakes and installed my DTC-60 pads and Z2 tires yesterday so the car is all set...

 

I'll be there on the 13th and 14th. Looking forward to this one. Should have my fatcat coilovers installed between now and then so will be interesting to see how they do. Will be my 3rd visit to the track, each spaced 1 year apart. Started getting my eye in on iracing this past week, will be interesting to see how that translates to reality...
