Hmm, there was a new rule added ni the supps:

So the chief steward can make the call that chassis adjustments can be made in impound.

nope, you can change tires (which we did) but suspension adjustments are not allowed following class competition even if a rain event is called. The CS may have the discretion to allow that change, but won't under those circumstances. That applies more if say you had a mechanical problem like a shock blowing, they would allow you to change the shock and adjust it's particular settings, but not the other shock or suspension settings
