2 rotor 13B that is aiming for a 6.9 time on the 1/4 mile. Wow! They need to work on my car!
:D
Some info about the guy I found:
"Rafael "Falito" Rivera drove the "Rafaelito" Mazda RX-7 for 8.16 seconds at 161 mph in Carolina, Puerto Rico, at the Carribean Raceway Park. This may be world's fastest two rotor Mazda."

New Puerto Rican entries: Rafael "Rabule" Zayas of the popular www.pistonvsrotor.com website wrote from Puerto Rico to let us know that Jorge Lazcano (pictured) will return to action in 2005 with a Nissan 350 built by RJ Race Cars, and that Rafael "Falito" Rivera will debut a Mazda RX8 built by Tim Mc Amis. Both cars will be fully sponsored by Mech Tech, whose president, Edwin Colon, plans to participate in some of the 2005 NHRA Sport Compact events with them. Mech Tech Is a technical and industrial college whose main campus is located in Caguas, with other campuses in Bayamón, Vega Baja, and Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. (Rendering by Creative Studio) "
