My runs on Nurgburgring in my RX8
I finally got to go race on Nurburgring in my 2004 RX8
I ran 4 laps around the track with my best lap being a 9 minutes and 37 seconds in a stock RX8. It was the first time I ran a RWD on a track and I was really impressed with the handlig of the RX8
Here is my my 3rd lap around the track

My friends stayed and filmed me slide my car thru this turn on my 4th lap

I started to break for this turn but then said screw it and floored it.

Thats the same thing I thought when I was racing the track back in the states on GT4 and then I got the job offer to come to Germany and jumped on it. I only live 3 hours from the track.

The Autobahn is great there are parts that have speed limits. So you have to watch out for the speed cameras, but the other parts you can go as fast as your car will take you.

StuttgartRX8, where are ya in Stuttgart? I've only seen a couple RX8's here. I've got the red one with the chrome rims. Get back at me, gotta couple of mod and maintenance questions......along with talkin story about blazin these local dudes on and off the track.

Yup, I'm on Patch. I've seen a couple silver ones. When were ya at Nurburgring last? I normally hit the ring, but only on the GP course racing motorcycles. Do you have your RX8 serviced in Rohr?

I'll let you know the next time we go, it'll probably be in the spring. I was running the car completely stock on that track and noticed a little bit of brake fade on my third lap.
