Fuel level sender voltage range
Hi,
Does anybody know the voltage range for the fuel level sender? I can't get OBDII to work on my data logger at all, which is incredibly frustrating. But I can probably pretty easily wire up the pins from the instrument cluster to an analog input on the logger.
Thanks!

Ah, okay. There are two of them, and the ecu reads the resistance of each. Does it average between them? Add the two together? How’s it determine fuel level based on the readings from both senders? I know from using Harry’s Lap Timer in the past that fuel level via obdii refreshes really quickly.
I realky wish I could get obdii to work on this logger...

There is a thread here somewhere that has the info - I found it a year or so ago. What the dash does with the two readings is more complex than just averaging as I recall. I am just running one in the left tank wired to an autometer gauge. It is not linear.

It translates level by ohms, not volts:
