It happened with both the stock rotors and my other set, but I didn't have any problem once I got them turned and rebedded the pads.

I'm going to take my time sanding and washing the rotors and bed them in immediately. Hopefully, I won't have too much trouble. Like L8APEX, I plan to have them off the car within a day or two after the track.

Don't go too nutty sanding them. You don't want to be shaving material off the rotors. Pad buildup on the rotors is fractions of millimeters thick.
and all "bedding" does is heat the pads up to the point where they can deposit some pad material -hopefully evenly - over the rotors as to mate the 2 surfaces.
