285/30 on 18x9.5 +45 users please help me!

for those who are running 285/30/18 R compounds (hoosier a6 for example) on 18x9.5 +45 rims (rpf1 for example), did you need to cut modify or remove your fender liners? btw, im also running tein flex on full stuff, and i have a progress sway bar up front.

gonna autox this sunday on this new setup. feedback needed asap thanks!!

I've only run the 285/30 on an 8" rim, but clearance wasn't even close to an issue. I believe my friend Barry ran the 285/30 on the same RPF-1 rims that you have, again with no problems. Not sure about relative ride heights etc.

yes i just purchased a set of these. they will clear ok even with my konis and tein h springs. Be careful with Hoosiers however--Hoosiers run wider than other tires so i am not sure about them. i have the nittos
