Now that's kind of strange...Atwater loses the Tour, but picks up a Pro?

Last year, we lost the Pro, but still had the Tour...

I'm going to have to look into this...I know what's going on with the site pretty well, but am at a loss to understand how we only have one out of two events, seeing as the site is available and IS THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY!!!!

 

Guess you need to get in the loop up there... No one cares about that site now that natls is not on concrete.

 

There is that argument, but it is a shame, for us autocross purists

We could run at the Oakland Coliseum...since they slurry coated, it gets lots of gravel and sand, just like HPT

EDIT: I also just noticed two weeks between SD and El Toro Pro...that is not so good...I probably just do the Tour, since there's a Pro in Atwater soon after the one in El Toro.

I'm not going to get too twisted around the axle, at this point...the schedule is tentative, I'm sure some pieces will be moving around

I think, if there actually is a two week gap between the SoCal events, I'll try the Utah Pro, as I've never done that one.

 

Yeah, SD and LA are never set in stone. We are really at the mercy of the stadium, so the date could change. I think last year the schedule also showed a gap between the two events, but by the time the event came around the gap was gone. I am not sure, but I think sometime after the first of the year Qualcomm will hand out dates we can use the lot.

jeezus dude, it's only been 11 days and even if they made some recent changes, being this far out is no guarantee of anything yet

Just looking forward to the '08 season. First time in the 2 years I've been autocrossing that I'll be in a well prepped car.

 

The final schedule is now up at the SCCA site...the two week gap between the SoCal Tour and Pro stands, so it looks like I'll be missing El Toro, this year...which, based on how poorly I adapted to that surface last year, is probably just as well

 

I've been SCCA Soloing since 1993 and I've yet to see any National schedule that didn't change ....

hmmm, with this Pro schedule it looks like I won't have to leave
