Currently 30 in B-stock as of 2:30pm EST. Would be nice to have a 40+ person class at Nats.

How many are still waiting to sign up or have co-drivers that haven't signed up yet? IIRC, the late reg fee should start to be applied by tomorrow (8/20).

I won't be going, as I just bought a house. Anyone have a spare seat in their car for my codriver?

So where's everyone staying in Topeka?

Shawn and I will be at an extended stay hotel on Wanamaker (can't remember the name right now).

I've had a couple of very nice co-drive offers, recently, but am 90% sure I'm not going...between work and other responsibilities, plus the fact that I just haven't been autocrossing much (or well, for that matter) this year, it just doesn't seem to make sense.

It just isn't worth it, this year, to go back and race for one day

Good luck to all!!

Hope you change your plans Mike...it won't be near as much fun if you are not in the BS gang.

It looks as though BS is going to be pretty wide open-well, after the first few spots, anyway. Most of last year's trophy winners are either not running or running in a different class. Maybe if I can avoid getting severe butterflies and coning 5 of 6 runs...

Some of us only need our first run to get it done anyway.

("It" being a midpack finish. )

Well, now that I'm not going the door is wide open...for a midpack finish, that is

Have fun, guys. It should be an epic battle, for sure. I'm not saying who my pick is, but he has been known to wear a bag on his head

Somehow after running first heat at every national event this year I had a feeling...

Oh well, at least everyone's in the same boat!

Shawn and I head out Wednesday evening -- will drive through the night and arrive hopefully around 12-1pm on Thursday in Topeka. We'll check-in, do practice starts and then bail early to catch up on some Zzzzzz's.

For those attending the Pro Finale, see you folks on Thursday. Looking forward to meeting the rest of you the following week at Nats.

based on the T&T yesterday I'd say the site has made big improvement in grip

unfortunately I don't thing baghead will even trophy this year, my driving is in the gutter and I'm not at all confident with where the car is on it's current setup, too late to change now ... would have said the opposite 3 weeks ago after the Alameda event, but after that the car and driver just seem to be off, way off

very frustrating ...

didn't notice any at all, none

given the poor list of options I've heard so far the SCCA would be d@mn foolish to leave HPT, high cost or not after Runoffs is moved

The lasting rain conditions ended Uulose's reign, the Saturday AM runs were run as non-competition practice only after the timing system couldn't get up and running in the wet conditions
