I bought this Zex kit new late in 2009. I bought it on the assumption I'd never go FI, but that changed.

This kit has never been used, only opened the box for these pictures! I bought everything from BHR for about $675. I never got around to installing the kit due to deployments to Iraq. I really need to sell it as the turbo kit I have installed it more than enough.

Sorry NOS newb here with a stupid question. What is the rated size of the nozzle? I thought they were typically rated in some silly horse power rating like "A fifty shot". Thanks man.

Whoever picks this up needs to be real careful with the welds on their intake manifold correct?

The kit comes with several sized shots, but anything above a 50 shot is pushing it. You could always run a smaller shot like what is used on motorcycles. I entertained the idea of running a really small shot with my turbo setup but I got rid of my kit before I did anything dumb

 

Small detail: The lowest shot size is actually a 55 shot, if I remember correctly.

Some people have had success with the 65 shot, but I would have to agree that 55 is probably best.

As far as I know, the manifolds should be fine with proper use.

 

The kit comes with 55,65,75.

The BHR is a 55 shot.
