I have an xCarlink iPod integration kit for the rx8. I had it in my 04 rx8 but no longer need it due to selling car. I only had it for a month and was really easy to install.

Is this compatable with the steering wheel controls?

 

Yes it works great with them. The volume buttons work and the up and down arrows control "next song" or "previous song"

 

does this work with the bose oem setup?

 

It works with Bose and the non-Bose. The rx8 I had it in had the Bose system and it worked perfectly.
