wtt 17x8 +35 jdm 3 piece wheels with tires

Not sure of the brand of these rims but I was told they were "pre-work" equips.
It's a 3 piece wheel
Stamped made in japan
17x8 +35 all around with 215/40/17 sumitomo tires.
2 of the tires have plenty of thread while the other 2 have about 50%
They have been painted flat black.
Just testing waters for a trade
