WTB: Mazsport DR Midpipe
I know its a bit unorthodox to look for this product with all this other drama.. but the fact remains this is a great product. Great product != great business practices. But anway..
Anyone looking to sell theirs? Or is this post encouraging enough for anyone with it to want to get rid of it?
I am in NYC, zip 11102.
PM ME to make a deal..

just get a CC insert - it's straight through and doesn't impede airflow while decreasing sound and giving it more rumble. police34 heard mine yesterday

I assume it will, but I can't say for sure since I didn't buy that version. I had part of my midpipe cut out and replaced with a muffler containing the insert:

It's obviously a lot less work if you can just bolt the CC inserts in without cutting up the piping. They sell the CC insert with two and three flanges - and you can always wrap them with stainless steel if you want more sound deadening.
The pictures don't really show it well, but it's just a hollow pipe with some ridges - like a cheese grater. Then on the outside it's got holes that allow air to pass through as well. No weird bends or anything to slow down the air.
I over estimated sound deadening quality in the video, it's more like 25% with the 3 insert version. If you wrap stainless steel around the piping, they claim an additional 4 db decrease.
