There was a TSB on these, so you might want to check with a dealer whether it would be covered under warranty.

 

i snapped my drivers side visor off as well. took it to the dealer and it was covered. i have 41k under an extended warranty i purchased. although im pretty sure that the factory warranty is 50k right? anyways, i took mine in and it was covered no questions asked, i think im gonna break the other one off just to get it replaced .... hah, well see though. just call in and see if it is under warranty, it should be.
