Unless you are proficient in tunning the car yourself, getting the AP from MazdaManiac is going to be your best/lowest cost route. Even buying a used one cheap, It's still going to cost you hundreds of dollars for a custom tune.

 

^^+1 to that. i bit the bullet and went with mm. and u will have 6 months of tuning for other mods. so its way worth it

 

Thanks for the info guys. I already had an AP in the past from MM that I got from another person. Things happened and the guy needed the AP back ASAP to get his 8 with a Greddy kit tuned. I would buy from MM but I have means to get it tuned locally.

In any event, your planned "tuner" is a buffoon (not to mention a ψεύτης), so be careful.

I did not use their tunes. This was over 2 yrs ago. I had got tunes from you but really didn't have the chance to use them since this guy needed the AP back cause he decided to keep the TK and the 8.

Still havn't gotten any price quotes for the intake but have 2 people intrested in selling.
