Bump!

Don't be scared of my location. I have a cousin in St. Louis and rims would be shipped there.

Goodluck! someone would have to be stupid to sell those rims, and if they did they could ask whatever price they wanted. I think Mazda wants like a million dollars for a set of four lol

You probably won't get a set for what you are looking to spend. I have a set (wheels & tires) on my 09 R3with less than 600 miles and I wouldn't let them go for less than $1500 + shipping.

Man good luck getting a set of R3 wheels. The $1500 + shipping that I just threw out there is a joke considering the wheels sell for $1236 each . I looked them up a few minutes ago and was like WTF. I'm definately keeping these S0B's until they fall off the car.

I'd consider trading down to a cheaper set of wheels... like a set of ce28n's in an 18x9... but then I'm sure someone who spent the $$ on the ce28n's would prefer their volks to the r3 wheels...

I'm not holding a gun to anyone to sell me their R3 rims. I agree they are beautiful rims (hence thats why I want them).

I'm looking for a R3 owner that wants aftermarket wheels and is looking to unload their stockers.

You can get them for 800'ish each from some vendor here IIRC. But still a ripoff. I might join the battle for a set next year

What are you offering? If it's worth it I can remove them right after I buy the car.

haha that's exactly what I said, neofreak...

I am at the stealership right now... the wheels are $1200 each. When I get free time this (or next) weekend, I'm going to take one off, and weigh it (albeit with the tire) to get an estimate of how much they weigh, since I can't seem to find the weight anywhere...

neo - you're looking at an R3 now?

If I can subsidize my R3 purchase by selling it's wheels, sure.

If not, I still want a white one so I'll have to get a GT.

If next year looks good I'd personally give upwards to $4000 with tires for R3 wheels in mint condition, depending on the sellers service and reliability. I don't think you'll get $1000 per wheel, as I said someone offered to sell new ones for around $800.

The wheels are sick. I have yet to see an 8 that isn't an R3 with the rims. I tried getting the bodyshop who was working on my car after the accident to purchase the wheels, but it didn't work out.

That sounds good to me. I don't know why people are PMing me with $1500 offers.

Mine will literally be brand new, well, not quite, they'll have about ten miles on them after I buy the car, drive it home and put my Volk RE30s on.

May want to check:

http://www.finishlinewheels.com/MAZD...09/A-64915U35/

Capitalism folks - supply and demand. Give it some time and the R3 rims will be available at much lower prices than folks believe they will sell. I confirmed and will be purchasing a set from the vendor shown in the link above. Many of you may want to reconsider what you think your rims will sell for.
