WTB: 04 GT ECU and ECU cooling plate and battery tie down

I'm missing following parts off my car..

1. ECU cooling plate/mounting hardware (I'll even take the ECU 2004 GT)

2. Battery Tie down.

you need to know the *specific* ECU part number

I have a late 2004/early 2005 ECU with the plate & mounting hardware, the specific number is ... (searching)
