11.5 would actually probably fit pretty good back there depending on tire size and if you wanted to stay stock body or not. If you could get a set of the newer version of the Panspeed rear over fenders, I would say those 11.5s with a 255/35 and about -2.5* camber, you'd fit them just fine.

The glow is very subtle unless you light it up and then put it in the dark, hence glow in the dark. The wheels look white during the day and at night (where there is still some light out), which was the whole point of it.
