I agree with stink. KDR or JPR in NJ are you 2 best options. Either way, your going to droll when you see the amount of sick rotaries at both shops. If anything, i'd go to either to gain more knowledge about rotaries...those 2 shops are THE shops to go to in the tri state area.
There is also IRP ... very knowledgeable, but more expensive ... they refuse to do any "budget" work if you will .... basically they refuse to do work if budget will not allow to do it right http://www.myspace.com/rotaryexperimentseven
