Hi, I also have a 2004 GT with the Bose option and single CD so I think the faceplate should fit. FYI all of my buttons are OK, it's just the connections are bad and my display goes off when I hit even a small bump on the road. I apply pressure and it comes back on. If your faceplate connectors are in working condition please PM me so I can see the chipped buttons and see if it's a big deal. Thanks in advance.

That's probably not your faceplate connectors failing they probably aren't fully connected. If you have ever taken the faceplate off the crappy plastic screws that hold it too the radio have probably stripped out. Changing the faceplate probably won't fix your issue.

It's exactly as you described. It's the screws. Don't want to hijack your thread but if you know how to fix it it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
