MA Springs, shocks, AccessPort, wheels, Idemitsu...

Category: Accessories
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Location (US State/Canada/Int): MA
Item Condition: Used

Several items for sale:

The spring drops are what I experience on my install.

Racing Beat Springs, gives .5" drop $200 shipped
(used for about 12k miles) I love this set because it gave a tighter feel and great look without dropping too much

Tokiko Springs, gives 1.5" drop. $200 shipped
Gives a nice aggressive look without messing with the geometry of the front end (alignment required). It was too much of a drop for me so I only put about 1k miles on it.

Tokiko 'D Spec' Ajustable front shocks, with key (sold the rears) with about 13k miles on them. $220 shipped (make reasonable offer)

COBB AccessPort Tuner, in original box (SOLD)

I also have 2005 RX8 rims with snow tires (couple of sessons left on tires). (blizzaks LM-22) $600 (local pickup)

Hankook's Ventus R-S3 on rims, autox'd once (4 runs, look at thread, flames still show) $850 rims are 18x8 48 offset (local pickup)

Idemitsu Premix 6qts (plus 3 quarters of a 7th qt) $30 local pickup

Did you get the advertised drop with the RB springs + D Specs? Mine went considerably lower than advertised with that combo. GLWS.

I think you'd get this stuff sold quicker if it was in the rx8 parts for sale section, not rx8's for sale

I didn't realize the question.

It only dropped about .5 inches even with the D Specs. That's why I liked them so much.

As I posted they have about 1k miles on them.

I tried many setups which included the springs with the stock shocks. They were fine but I can't say how long they would be fine.

The beauty is you can keep it at the soft setting, which makes it feel like stock and then tighten them when you need it.

possibly interested in both sets of rims/tires and maybe even the springs. Let me talk to the wife! Today she told me she wanted Black rims for her Speed3 so I have searched the forums looking at stuff. I could use the snows for my RX8 this winter...

I wouldn't run on stocks, if they were new maybe with the racing beat but you should buy better shocks (we don't have struts).

Stephen, let me know either way.

Thanks

Stephen,

I see you are in NH, you can save a bunch of money if you drive down.

I'm so sorry Moby,

I've been getting a lot of 'go nowhere' requessed for my items and I lost you in the mix.

I get so many "I might be interested" messages.

For those of you that "might be interested" please don't email me till you know that you "want to buy it" and are ready to pay for it.

Moby, I'll get the quote by this weekend. Hope I havn't held you up too much.
