spare tire mounting brackets

Category: Accessories
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): Series I
Location (US State/Canada/Int): GA
Item Condition: Used

I am in need of a pair of the most inner brackets for the spare tire kit. I have bought two kits in hope of setting it up in my car, and still need the brackets were the kit will mount on. I have the smaller brackets that hold the tire bar, but still need the larger inner brackets. See picture!

Yes! They should have four holes, two to go on the strut/shock tower and two for the spare tire bracket screws

I keep seeing kits and set ups on eBay and elsewhere with these two key parts missing, and have passed on buying them, as they are not available (apparently) separately from Mazda. My guess is folks take the spare tire and ancillaries out of the car, thinking the parts you are missing are an OEM part of the chassis so don't remove them.

I found that out the hard way. I've bought two setups the last one with the spare tire and then two brackets missing. I am just surprise how even the people that sold me the kits did not even realize that the brackets needed to come off the car.

Almost 4000 hits and not one person can come through with this brackets, were they made out of gold? I will pay a reasonable asking price, so please help me out!

GA brackets

Had to bring this old tread back to life. After money spend and wrong parts received, I am still in need of this brackets. If any one has some or come across some, please, let me know!

Still looking! I had some people said they had it and never heard back from them. Others want as much for the brackets as the whole kit. Pics will ensure that you have what I need. Please send them to leknaw@btconline.net

What the F^%*

What is up with this brackets? 17,000 hits only a couple of people talked about them, over $300 dollars spend, and still no brackets. The few that have them, want way too much. Others that claim they have them, never answer posts. Are they made of gold titanium? Have some magical powers, came off the falcon millennium. I am just going to have to fabricate some because I am not willing to pay $100 for them and I have waited long enough. Thanks to the few of you that responded!
