{WTB} Short shifter
to be honest, these are tough to come by and generally go QUICKLY when posted up.
keep an eye on the FS threads and be ready with cash in hand.
or just order one directly from Axial Flow Engineering since used ones typically go for almost the price of a new short shifter.

It's just a phenomenal addition to a great driver's car. Let's face it, the RX-8 is a car designed with the driver in mind and it's a blast to drive. When I think of shifter upgrades it's usually because the car has a sloppy shifter; that is NOT the case with our car at all...BUT...is there room for improvement? Absolutely!
Someone here once said it best. The AFE short shifter gives you a bolt action rifle feel between shifts. They were right.
IMO it's just a a well engineered part that compliments our car very well. The shifts become seemless and purposeful.

I have a nice one for 2004 - 2008 that I pulled before selling the RX-8. I bought it in person from the Axial flow man since he lives very near my house. $ 195 shipped in the continental US paid on Paypal. Please check my ebay feedback under neil5757. I will ship immediately.
