Curious, If you have a vented hood, and your car is left out in the rain, will water hurt anything under it? My car is left outdoors often and its FL and it rains hard unpredictably. Should it be a concern?

 

no.. its vented in a way water does not get through.

 

SOME hoods have water scoops below the vents to drain water to the front of the car. this one (from what i can see) does not.

water will poor directly into the engine bay.

this is a nice hood, and a nice price. but i'd recommend it only if you have a garage or car cover. you could just run out and cover your car if it starts to rain.

 

man i wish you were a few miles closer than you are.hoping on a road trip!
