Motor gone, still have everything else

 

BUYERS: I suggest you avoid dealing with Mike Barbosa. He advertised an rx8 engine core for sale which I agreed to buy. I sent him paypal payment for $400 on 4-20 and also documents for shipping. All he had to do was either a) drop the shipment off at the carrier or 2) call and have it picked up. After multiple conversations and excuses, it has never been shipped, and he stopped communicating. I filed a paypal non receipt dispute and later upgraded it to a claim after a few days of no communication. It's now been almost another week since I filed the claim and he has not responded to it. I still have no engine and no refund.

 

Your getting a refund

 

Paypal shows no sign of any refund in the process or response by you to their inquiry whatsoever.

Furthermore, you communicate poorly and you do nothing but make excuses for not doing your responsibility. I feel sorry for anyone else who buys from you and is at your mercy for getting parts they paid for.

 

paypal finally closed the claim and refunded me. The rep stated that Mike never responded to the claim and that he did not voluntarily issue the refund...paypal did it.

 

RR, make sure you add a negative to his Itrader score as well.
