For sale is a 04 motor with 70k The motor was taken out in late 05 rebuilt and then pulled out again 2 months ago .

The engine is "tired", it had a greddy turbo kit on it and slowly started to loose compression, get hard to start etc. I just got fedup with it and bought a reman engine to drop into it.

It will come with the following , SR pulley kit, SR flywheel ( aluminum) , and act HD clutch kit. These parts alone were almost $1500.

Engine comes complete. Sold as pictured.

Does the motor come fully dressed? Any issues like grinding, etc. with the tranny?

no grinding or anything with either the engine or tranny. Not looking to split them up but if you want the tranny I can sell it for $500.

I am a little confused. If he bought a reman, then doesnt he still need all the accessories for the motor not to mention the transmission? Or did you take this out of the 05 fully dressed with the transmission so all these parts are spairs and you will be using the original 04 accessories and trans that came with the car when new?

 

sorry, by reman engine I am putting in a FD engine and tranny in my rx8.

 

Oh man $500 for a tranny in good condition...too bad I'm not in Cali I'd jump at that price

hey i hear you selling the engine and tranny....I want both but only need the transmission...when i mean need i mean mine burned out in 6th gear when a friend was driving...now sadly i need a new one.. -.-'
