What part of steering wheel control adapters are hard wired to aftermarket HUs was unclear to you?

lol, and what part of trying to win an argument on the internet being a complete waste of time that's unclear to you? Especially where there is no argument to begin with, except for the one that you're trying to create.

No one's even trying to argue with you. Maybe try arguing with someone who has nothing better to do. You make some random argumentative post in a FS thread that is already done and the product listed is sold, and one that you didn't even participate in on top of that. But if you get you jollies from trying to prove useless points to people who really don't care about the point you're trying to make, knock yourself out. There's plenty other threads on the net for you to post in.

Seriously.. no one was even talking to you or about whether or not you can hardwire sw adapters to HU's, but you seem to want to be known as the all-knowing authority on the subject, so I asked you elaborate. Instead, you just post some more flame-bait. Nice job there. So keep rolling your eyes and banging your head on walls, but here's newsflash.. if you can't at least post something relevant to the thread, at least know that what you post pertains to the discussion.

So, do you care to make any other useless posts in this FS thread, of which, you are neither a participant, a buyer, or contributing intelligently. If so, I suggest you find out more about what's going on in the threads you plan on posting in before you post as you have absolutely no idea what HU the buyer has, but it's hilarious that you ASSUME that you know exactly what he needs to do to control it from his steering wheel control. You either must be psychic or just that good I guess. Let it go dude, before you embarrass yourself any further, because no one really cares about the two piddly little comments you made at the end of a concluded thread.

Says the putz who just posted four entire paragraphs to whine like a schoolgirl about a single factual sentence correcting you about how steering wheel adapters have been made for the last several years.

And by the way, don't suggest anything to me in the future, you're not smart enough.
Since you simply DON'T GET IT, here, have a nice life and maybe some day you'll grow up. http://www.pac-audio.com/products/pr...el%20Interface

You really like making a complete *** out of yourself, don't you. Keep talking! I can't wait to hear what else you got to say! ROTFLMAO cuz you know.. everyone loves a know-it-all on the internet

You REALLY think that posting a link makes you an expert on what you are talking about. Oh... you must have ASSUMED again that I know nothing about PAC modules. You are sadly mistaken.

Also, none of the hw modules on that linked page contain an interface that will work for the RX-8 genius.

(Yes.. read the previous statement again Davey's RX-8 Red headed stepchild,.. read it slowly if you have to.
NONE of the hw (as in HARD WIRED) modules on that linked page contain an interface that will work for the RX-8 for THIS BUYERS RADIO... (you know... the guy who is actually buying the kit?) Repeat reading the previous statement until a little light bulb appears above your head. When that light does appear, you'll finally realize that you can't HARD WIRE any of these PAC modules to the radio the buyer has. Feeling smart still?

.. and if you're gonna quote me, at least do it right. What, you can't count now? lmao! Funny thing is, by trying to quote me, which you fail at as well, you only make it known to everyone who reads your sig that you fail at basic reading comprehension. Nice going there!

On top of that, even if it did, it wouldn't work with the buyer's radio that he's already purchased, so like I said earlier.. you should have just let it go before you embarrassed yourself even further. Too late for that I guess, but please.. If you feel like you can school me more, I'd like to know what other useless knowledge you have to offer everyone.

Seriously.. keep posting. I love people like you, because I was quite bored before you started talking out your ***. I was nice enough to tell you to let it go and elaborate on the first non-sense you posted, but since you believe that you possess some sort of superior knowledge that the rest of us aren't privy to, post some more. I got nothin' better to do, so thanks for the laughs so far.

Want to know what's even funnier than a twelve year old claiming I'm talking out of my ***? Seeing that twelve year old getting pwned for talking out of his ***.

Take another look at the PAC products page, this time with your head not stuck up your rectum. Funny how most every one listed on there, you know the ones that say it works with a MAZDA, and the SWI-JACK has worked in my 8 for the last 7 months.

Do you want to know why I keep quoting your posts?

Because there should be a record of how much less intelligent you are making yourself to be with each posting. Don't you have anything better to do? Doesn't seem like it, so allow me to correct you as a favor.

So.... you found it saying MAZDA at the end did ya? Gee. Well now. I want you to pay close attention to the next thing I'm about to tell you. Okay.. Are you ready?

That is the exact SAME interface that I was describing to the buyer before you butted in to post some know-it-all nonsense about hard wiring to a NON-COMPATIBLE head unit. Please re-read the previous sentence if you didn't understand it the first time or just re-read the post I made to the buyer well before you threw in your two cents.

Don't believe me? I don't care, but if you're losing sleep at night thinking about it, feel free to PM the buyer and ask him to quote ANY of my PM's from me to him in regards to this interface. IT'S THE EXACT SAME ONE! And everything I originally posted both here in the thread and in my PM's is correct. You haven't been able to come up with anything more intelligent other than calling me a 12 year old and a schoolgirl, because you couldn't explain or elaborate on the first thing you said when you butted in this thread. You want to know why I know what I'm talking about and you don't? I've two PAC SWIX (the very same interface that you tried pointing out to me with your link) on my desk right now as I type this to you. I'd be happy to take a picture of the instructions for you as well.. and when I do, please pay particular attention to PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS, and section B.

You may not think that I'm smart enough to make suggestions to you, but I suggest that you read my posts carefully before you make any more assumptions about how to control his H/U from an RX-8's steering wheel controls. You haven't a clue which H/U the buyer plans on using, so quit trying to act like you know something we don't. I know what I'm talking about because I've been in the professional 12v audio industry for the past 16 years, with my systems qualifying for USACi World Finals every year since 2004. Call Mike Jaffe, head judge of SW United States USACi if you'd like to verify. Either way, I don't care if you do or don't. I'm not here to impress you. I don't know you, nor do I care to, however you seem to have a need to flame people just because they have a different opinion than you do; maybe try taking suggestions from other people next time, especially when you've find yourself trying to make yourself seem more knowledgeable than someone else, and you get caught not knowing as much as you proclaimed.

A wise man once said that a humble man doesn't need to boast about his accomplishments and that to do so is a sign of a very insecure ego.

However since you want to brag about the size of your stereo's *****, as a former winner of a regional stereo SQ competition, I don't really give a rat's *** about your credentials. Bottom line, man up. You said something stupid, got called to the carpet on it and couldn't handle it. MAN UP.

I will admit to being incorrect as well. I overestimated your maturity level. I apologize to 12 year old schoolgirls everywhere.

LMAO.. dishing out advice that you don't prescribe to yourself I see. At least you're done using condescending smiley's at the end of each of your posts, so at least we're getting somewhere. Oh what would I do without your daily retort? /sarcasm

I can see that with you being an audiophile professional and an RX-8 owner, we're gonna be best friends. (< that's probably sarcasm too)

But, since you don't seem to know when to quit when you're behind, if you think that bragging about one's credentials has something to do with your manhood, why then I ask would you brag about winning a regional SQ competition? .. which sounds like bs btw. What year, which region, and which event? - as they say proof of gtfo, and no you can't go and take a picture of someone else's trophy at the local trophy shop as proof. You can cross that idea off your list.

The more you try and make yourself smarter, the more I'm gonna call you out on it, because nobody likes a know-it-all or a liar, and it seems that you're going down the path of becoming a know-it-all AND a liar.

So, are you trying to change the subject that you were so vehemently trying to prove just a post ago, because if this is you manning up and admitting you really didn't know as much as you thought you did, then you failed.

What else you got to say?

So far you've done your best to name call, flame, and belittle, and all I've done is use your own words as a measure of your intelligence. So this wise man you're quoting.. did you just make that up so that you can have an out of this nightmare of post volleys that just keep coming your way? You don't have to keep posting you know. Everyone knows you F'd up, but it's cool man. Everyone does, but if you keep posting, I'm just going to own you over and over, so just call it quits already. I've been taking real easy on you so far, but if you would rather get schooled over and over, I'll hand you a diploma by the time I'm done with you.

This is your last out - keep posting nonsense, and I'll start responding to all your your threads, and see how you like it.

I never saw anyone who wouldn't simply man up and admit he was wrong like that. Well except for most political consultants. Then rather than STFU, the man had to write a complete f-ing essay on why the other guy was this, that, and don't forget the other thing. He was so pathetic, I made his BS comments a permanent part of my signature.

installed pac swi-x in 2007 mazda rx8 to pioneer avh-4100dvd, i followed the instructions. i programmed the pac swi-x to version 3 as stated, but when i try to program it doesn't program. what its doing is i hold the program button and the steering wheel button til the light goes off but it doesn't go the right for IF or it doesn't go to the next step for me to program another button. in instruction it say to connect the white wire to pin 9 and ground pin 10 if available, but on the site it said to connect the white wire to pin 10 and ground pin 9 in available. i have connected to both pin 10 and 9 and i still get the same results. I have not grounded any pin since it said if available. can u please help
