our door speakers are 9" not 6.5" so modification is needed. you should make that noted.

 

not always, only on bose. the base stereo has 6x8" up front. you can put a 5.25" component set in the front doors with adapter plates. those 6.5" speakers will fit in the rear deck also with an adapter plate.

Thanks for that point. In fact, if anybody is interested, I have 3 pieces of 3/8" thick Lexan that I bought to make mounting adapter panels to fit these speakers to the mounting holes in the doors. They're 10" x 10". Each one will be $13 shipped.

i know mclovin, just sayin that they dont just fit everyones car :P not everyone wants to make adapter plates when they can just buy a speaker that fits. Maybe if someone bought this whole get up an adapter plate wouldnt be so bad to have the same type speakers all around..

I have pretty much this same setup in mine... except i'm using 10's and I don't have the 3.sixty anymore.. but I use pretty much everything else and it sounds DAMN GOOD
