Maybe someone could jump in here but I am pretty sure any compression tester would work. You only remove one spark plug screw in the tester and run the test.

I have one I would sell,
ReCT-04, Single-rotor Tester
Pricing for shipments to US addressees
Single rotor only, so you have to do them one at a time. Works great though, save logs pressure vs time so you can figure rpm and correct per the shop manual.
