This is a Staggered Set of Ro_Ja Formula 1 19X8 Front and 19X10 Rear wheels with 38mm offset by Rays Engineering, the same company that makes Volks, G games etc. Needless to say they are quality wheels. I believe the surface of the wheels is what they call Diamond cut/polished not chrome and everything but the face/lip is gunmetal colored which gives them amazing depth and dimension (this is a factory finish, wheels have not been modified or painted). The rear wheels are more aggressively concave than the front ones. Front lip is 1.5" and rear lip is 2.5" and they are in overall excellent shape. The wheels are dirty in the pictures so keep that in mind. The only blemish I can see is a "ding" on one spoke from something that must have bounced off the road while driving and you can see this in the 5th picture. This is extremely difficult to see due to the high polish finish of the wheels unless you get your face all the way up to the wheel. Tires are not included in sale.
