Thanks Blue. I had seen that, but was kind of hoping someone had lowered their car using aftermarket and had good OEM coils laying around.

The problem with used OE springs is they seem to get weak, especially the rear. Think you already know this, but best to get new shocks too if they have over 30k miles use.

Thanks Team. I just completed Bilsteins all round. OE Left rear shock was leaking and i thought it might have been the reason that corner was sagging. In fact it probably was the reason, inadvertently, stressing the spring.
With my request, i expected a lot of oem springs were replaced early in the cars life in favor of lowering, and i figured a lot were sitting in garages with few miles on them. Ill probably end up buying new ones, the more i think about it.

they probably threw them out like I did because nobody wanted/needed them way back then, the S1 was discontinued 12 years ago

$180 for a new pair isn’t really that bad of a price, or you could make some spacers for the old springs to make up for the sag
